The service time of Creditshoppings.com is Monday-Friday/9:00 AM-8:00 PM (CST).
Once you apply for a return, we will process the return order for you within 1-3 business days.
Orders are not processed on weekends.

2.The validity period of return and exchange
We allow returns within 7 natural days without requiring a specific reason.
3.How to cancel the order?
